No item drop for things different to meat and Leathernecks

Hi,

 

may be a handling issue,but didn‘t find anything relevant when searching Jira and Google. After starting a new game- regardless if survival or creative- I get drops for animals only (meat, leather). No drops available for wood, sand, stone, coal etc.

 

Can you please verify if this is a bug?
