can't feed animals - world is corrupted

After this latest update, my world is corrupted.  

So far:

1. I can't feed animals.
2. I can't ride horses.
3. Killing animals doesn't give me any experience or drop meat.
4. I transferred my save game to windows 10 edition and it still does the same thing.  My other created world in Windows 10 is fine, but this transferred one is still broken.
