Game crashes when I sign into XBOX live.

I got the Hotfix, after that I can't sign into my xbox account without it crashing the game.   I've done resets, uninstall, re-install, etc.  Nothing works, unless I put my PC in airplane mode, and sign into the game,  that works, but if I am online it will crash the game.
