Immense loading time and crash every time I start Minecraft

This started just after I installed the 1.14.0.12 update (internally 2.0). Now, whenever I start Minecraft, the loading bar gets stuck for a while on a little less than half full, but loads eventually. However, when it gets to the main menu, after a few seconds, it always crashes and throws up error code CE-34878-0. I have reported this to Sony using the built-in tool many times, and this error still always shows up.
