Shutting down when trying to open marketplace

Every time I try to open marketplace, my entire game shuts down. All I'm trying to do is browse. My boyfriend is having the same issue so I know it's not just me. He doesn't even have to go into marketplace. All he has to do is try to open a world and it shuts down. Please help
