World load problem

I am on ios bedrock edition and none of my worlds are loading. I downloaded the new free Christmas world and tried playing it but it wouldn't make any progress in loading. I then tried my other worlds with the same results.

I have attempted deleting and re-downloading the app and making a new world with no change.
