Soulsand and Magma Block Glitch

When an Entity is Standing/Floating Above a Magma or Soulsand Block (When Used Under Water), The Entity Cannot Drown and The Oxygen Bar That Normally Appears Along The Right Side Of The Hotbar Along With The Food Bar Will Not Appear.

This was not happening until after the release of the 1.14.1 Hotfix.
