No response when clicking the Update button when trying to update Minecraft Marketplace packs

This issue has affected me and many others across the Nintendo switch and mobile versions of the game. I tried deleting the game but nothing happened. I also tried logging out of one of my accounts to see if that was the reason, but I got nothing.
