MCPE-59938Hotbar selection changes when placing signs
TO REPRODUCE:
Keep a sign in hotbar (eg: Slot 9)
Keep anything (eg: Sea Lanterns) in hotbar (eg: Slot 8), but previous to the sign slot
Place the sign
OBSERVATION: The selection changes towards the previous slot
