Black Box Behind Crosshair while using Texture Packs

There is a black box behind the crosshairs on PS4 bedrock edition version 1.14.1. This makes it impossible to use the crosshairs. To put it into perspective image a black box and then place your crosshairs in the center of that box. This blocks vision around the crosshairs. I tested using Twisty and Quadra 1.12 texture packs. I tested to see if there was the black box present on vanilla textures and there isn't a black box, so the bug is only persistent while using texture packs.
