World will not load (stuck in loading screen) and app crashes repeatedly.

Minecraft app repeatedly stuck on loading screen, when creating a world/loading one. Usually crashes after 5 minutes, or takes a long time to join then after 5 minutes of gameplay, crashes.

have tried everything: rebooting iPad, checking internet connection, reinstalling game, nothing works.

Even tried on iPad Pro 3rd gen on IPad OS 13.3 as well, same issue.
