City Texture Pack Issues

I’m playing Minecraft on PS4 in a world using the City Texture Pack and have ran the latest updates. However, it’s playing music from the Chinese Mythology Mash-up, which I also own, but have not selected for this current game I’m playing. In the ‘global resources’ section of settings on the main menu, I tried rearranging the order of texture packs, before starting the game. It states: “Resource packs are applied bottom to top...”.  Of course, leaving City Texture at the top of the list. That didn’t fix the music issue. It’s still playing music from the Chinese pack.

Also, in City Texture Pack, lily pads are black and white and not displaying color (see attached screen shots).

I deactivated all texture packs except the default and City. Now music and lily pads are working properly.
