Dying and items not spawning

A similar thing happened to me in earlier build as well but this is the second time I lost all of my items I died in a mineshaft and came back to recollect my thing as mineshaft was in my mining place it was close and I didn't worry about losing the items but when I got there I only found my armor and nothing else I searcheeverywhere but I didn't found it
