Dinosaurs pack locked after purchase

Even though we purchased the Dinosaurs pack by Vaeron, we have used this. The game makes the skins appear unlocked.  Ive had this bug for a while now assuming a fix would come. But aftwe searching here i havnt been able to see anyone else with the issue
