Can't Breed Animals

After installing the hotfix, I am no longer able to breed my rabbits in my rabbit farm. I also tried pigs and was unable to do that. Additionally, I killed about 8 rabbits and none of them dropped items which I think may be a bug. I was breeding right before the hotfix and tried to breed right after the hotfix so I'm reasonably sure that these bugs are a result of the hotfix.
