I´m not able to destroy blocks in minecraft.

Every time I try to destroy any kinf of block in minecraft, I´m unable to do it. If i put my mouse on any type of block, it doesn´t even get selected.

However, this only happens in on eof my worlds, but is where I have the most hours played. 

This probelms showed up after the last update for minecraft in Windows 10, on December 19th of 2019.
