Weird Blocks Forming around world

Weird looking formation of dirt, grass, stone, granite and more are forming frequently when new render distance is loaded. This bug has happened multiple times in many different worlds and is starting to become frustrating. 

This bug has been affecting me since the 1.13.0 update until now.

I have attached 2 images of multiple occasions of this occurring in the matter of 5 mins. This glitch is becoming MORE and MORE frequent.
