bind a Microsoft account to ps4 network account issue

Hello. I'm trying on ps4 to bind a Microsoft account. I tried 3 different accounts, but each time the game displays a message that this account is already tied to another playstation network account. Although this may not be true. I tried to create a new Microsoft account. I entered the code and again received the same message. I tried to restart the game, it does not help.
