VR camera clamping issues with offhand items and map in primary hand
Firstly, any item in the offhand is clamped to the camera, reducing immersion by a large amount. Instead, hand should be movable with left controller, and behaves like the right hand controller. Extending to include a hand model for the left hand controller when no item equipped.
Secondly, when a map is equipped in the primary hand, it behaves as a map would in normal play, also being clamped to the camera, yet two hands are visible underneath a gigantic map. Instead, the map should behave as if it were being held in the offhand, except in the right hand.
