Texture Pack Add on no longer available

I had purchased before the bedrock edition update, the Natural Texture Resource Pack which was available by all profiles on the console as we have 8 profiles (myself, wife, and 6 children). Now after the update, the resource pack only appears on my account and is not available on any of the other profiles.
