Hand bobs when flying up to a ceiling

Summary:
When moving on the ground and then flying up to a low ceiling, the player's hand and held item bob for a few seconds.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a large ceiling 2 blocks above the player
2. Enable View Bobbing
3. Start moving under the ceiling and then fly up to it

Observed Results:
The player's hand bobs for a few seconds when touching the ceiling.

Expected Results:
The player's hand remains still when touching the ceiling.
