Cannot connect to Code Connection in Minecraft v1.14 on Win10

Minecraft 1.14.0 (Win Store version 1.14.9.0)

/Connect command fails to properly connect to Code Connection

Minecraft thinks it connected, but Code Connection doesn't pop up code editor window as it did with Minecraft v1.13. See https://aka.ms/meeccwin10 for repro steps. Included screenshot highlights exactly where it fails in Step 4. Although it thinks it didn't fail.

I have 2 PC that reproduce this issue with v1.14. I still have 1 Win10 PC with Minecraft v1.13 where it works. 

I tried to uninstall Code Connection, uninstalled Minecraft v1.14. All Win updates are installed. Nothing fixed it.
