Progress gone, loading backups won't change anything

When I logged in on our realm, I saw that some chuncks were loaded from older save files, I believe. Because of this we lost between 1-14 days of progress in different chuncks. I tried to load different back-up files, to restore everything, but no matter the time stamp of the back-ups, the result would always be the same.
