No blocks on the blocks menu while some glitched while I was on creative mode

I was building a birch log cabin and it was dark so I went to the blocks menu but..........,
Something suprised me, the blocks menu's blocks were GLITCHING EVERYWERE so I did not know what to to, thats why I came here, to report this BUG!
