Skins on realms don't always stay on the right person

When your all in the same area there is a possible chance that your skin will be transferred to someone else, I am not sure why this happens but it is rather annoying. 

 

Even when you change your skin and change it back, sometimes it still transfers to someone else. I'm unsure if this is a known issue or something that has crept in.
