Character not loading and crashing on switch 1.14.0

The character does not load most of the (the character editor ones) also my Minecraft crashes and says "software closed because of an error" when I enter a world or server it crashes,know that these two things happen on switch and not on Mobile so please fix this,thanks you,also it happens in the version 1.14.0.(update)now i found why it's the character editor that has a glitch and crashes the Game please fix it.(update #2)happens anyways at first the game seemed to work with normal skins,but now it crashes anyways and i can't play Minecraft online anymore so FIX THIS I CANT KEEP TRYING TO PLAY WHILE THE GAME CRASHES ALWAYS!!! I CAN ONLY PLAY SINGLE PLAYER SO FIX IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!
