I bought Minecoins but they did not come to my profile.

So i bought minecoins for 5.99, they showed in my profile, when i closed the game and reloaded the game, my coins showed as 0, I tried restarting my pc and restarting the game over and over, but the coins still don't show up. also, i got charged 2x, so it took 11.98, but i ordered it one time.
