Broken textures

So I tried playing on one of my survival worlds after the update. I had been using a modded texture pack and some of the blocks had broken textures so I deactivated the pack and went to a normal one. Now everything is a command block. I'm having trouble attaching a photo so I'll just describe some of the problems. Dirt was dark green command blocks, neither wart was blue,  andesite was a teal command block and had parts of pink in it, mushrooms looked like tall grass, etc. Everything plays fine, it is only visual. This was after the bee update.
