Character skins made yesterday deleted & numerous character creator assets gone on login - 1.14.9

On 12/14 bought a few new items for the character creator (canvas jacket, fingerless gloves, etc) and used them to make a new skin / character. 

On 12/15 logged in to find all skins deleted with message "failed to load character" for all pre-made skins.  

ALSO surprised to find MANY options GONE for base, hair, facial hair, eye options gone when attempting to create a new skin.
