Skins, packs, and mine coins all gone

I got on and all my created skins are gone, along with the stuff I bought for them. Also all 10 of my skin packs that I had are missing. I also had to redownload texture packs that i own for the 3rd time. Also also, my 80 or so mine coins just dissapeared and now I have 0. Cmon mojang
