I lost all of my custom skins and tokens

I made a purchase on my playstation account and bought some tokens to make my custom skin. The next day my skins get reset and I have to remake them. Upon this occuring, I had lost all of my tokens as well. I tried restarting the application but I can not make it past the loading screen. Could this bug please get fixed?
