Xbox account and web issue

Every time I login to the game, it will turn the Marketplace button into a grey box and pressing it will tell me that there is an issue with my xbox account and to report it if the problem hasn't been resolved in a few days. If I go to the settings then to profile, it will tell me the same thing and if I pressed the link it will send me to an outdated report page asking me to go to another web page that leaded me here.
