Xbox account

When I join minecraft even when I haven't signed in xbox live, it says that there is a problem with my account. Servers take too long to load, my skins don't load, I can't enter marketplace and one time I tried to join one of my worlds, the game put me in a server, some of the blocks were brown they said update and I could x-ray through some of the blocks.
