Invisible chest and item frames have missing items after Bee Update.

I started to use an old world I made back in September of 2019 and it loaded without a problem. Today is where the problem began, after spending roughly 1-2 hours after leaving my base to find a water monument and returning with the blocks I needed to complete my Conduit all my items in my original chest area were invisible (I couldn’t open them but I could mine them and see the effects caused by mining a block). I also noticed my item frames did not display the items I had to organize my storage area. Also I was unable to stand in the area of the chest. And finally i lost the book part of the enchantment table, which really sucks.
