MCPE kindle fire HD 8 Cant load purchased store items (skins, worlds etc)

I bought some minecoins and a skin pack, and picked up all the free gifts. All that synced fine with minecraft bedrock on xbox and all my new purchases are in my inventory, still cant access my old inventory before 1.14 on amazon fire or xbox. Strange! Lol 

Upon loading the game i get an error message "can not load character 1 or 5"

 when i go to create a new character, i have no skins to choose from and my MC store shows no owned inventory, when i have owned inventory. So i can not choose one of my purchased skins. Screenshots are included below. 

I have tried these things:

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 

I have logged out of and back into my Microsoft account

I have restarted my fire tablet inbetween uninstalling and reinstalling minecraft

Thanks for looking into this for me, i hope i get my store inventory reloaded soon.
