FPS drop on Nintendo Switch while playing servers

I play quietly in every pvp minigame on servers (like Mineplex or Cubecraft) but sometimes, the game becomes dizzy; suddenly it runs like 15fps, that's very annoying. I guess that's not due to servers, but to the game itself.
