Broken Crafting

So, I was crafting a barrel because I needed storage. I had an extra slab and threw it out. I tried to craft the barrel, but the slab went back into my inventory and I lost the barrel. What happened next is the bug. I couldn't craft anything. Patch in hotfix please.
