Skin Bug: Skins not saving

In the Skin creator, released in 1.13.0, sometimes the skin I created would turn into default Steve or Alex skin. I would always have to recreate my character. I have no idea what causes this but the bug became much more of a conflict this time in 1.14.0 (bees update). Basically the same problem had occured but now I can't even recreate the character. No changes are seen. There is an error message in the game that says something like "character file 5 unable to load". I reset my Xbox One and this problem is still there.
