Infinite white loading screen

When I started the game it just froze during the loading. Only the rectangles were moving nothing else. And I checked before creating this issue. They were reported and solved but this is still happening in version 1.14.0. I have attached 2 screenshots showing the time in the bottom right corner. I waited on that screen for more than 10 minutes. Please, patch is ASAP.
