Redstone Specialists Skin Pack

Good Day, I am here to report a bug that doesn't let me use the Redstone Specialists Skin pack. When the Playstation 4 received the Bedrock update, my PS4 purchases transferred over to the Bedrock platform as expected. One of those purchases was the Redstone Specialists Skin Pack. I noted that a lot of the skins were missing and I couldn't use them. I thought it was a PS4 only issue at first but then I tried the Skin Pack and my iOS device and it still happened. I tried signing out and back in but nothing works.
