Minecraft PS4 Unlinking

Somehow, I unlinked my account from PS4 Bedrock but its still linked. I can't unlink and I can't sign in.

 

Updated to remove the attachment as it contains my Microsoft account and I wouldn't want a bunch of random people following me.
