Minecarts turn into circles

*What I expected to happen was a minecart to spawn normally.

*What actually happened was it spawned black circles.
Describe what happened here
When I spawned a Minecart in creative mode, it spawned dark circles. It seems the texture didn't load.

Steps to Reproduce:
Not sure, how it happened.
