Missing Skin/Mashup Packs on PS4 Bedrock

MIni game heroes' skin pack is missing, festive mashup pack, and skin pack 2 is missing even though I have purchased these for Minecraft ps4. All of these are Minecraft official not some 3rd party character except some in skin pack 2 but you wouldn't dare do that to customers.
