DLC need to re-purchase while I already own it

Dear Mojang,
 
I installed the newest ps4 update.
 
I love Minecraft and it's coninuesly growth and new content.
 
But I have 37 add ons according to my Playstaition purchases. But according to the new update I only have 35 and I have to BUY the fantasy texture pack again.
I also cannot use the skins from my Little big planet and Simpsons packs.
 
I am not gonna pay for somthing I already paid for.
So I hope you can solve this issue for me so I can play my already owned DLC with out RE-Purchasing it.
