Marketplace removed coins, keeps deleting skins, "Failure to load character _"

Since around Black Friday, half of my marketplace items have pink and black missing texture images. Every time I boot it up it gives me notifications at the top that say, "Failed to load character [1-5]." My coins have all disappeared. I have to continuosly remake my characters only to have them fail to load next boot up. I've written about this before. Please help me.
