Game runs worse than it did before.

I'm playing on a Xbox One X and to load up the game and then to load up my world take around 10 minutes just for me to get into a lagging mess that renders slow. And then just to save and quit takes around 5 minutes. What happen to the Render Dragon Engine that was supposed to make the game better. Looks like it made it better for Java.
