Mobs and Entities are Laggy

Mobs are so laggy... bees barely fly down and are stuck at ceiling height... Cows barely move at all... Fish dont move... Item drops repeatedly "rubber band" lag back up and down or forward and backward... Things that are thrown in stacks like eggs take longer to travel...
