Textures need fixing for various blocks

Many blocks have really weird textures for them. So far I found grass, turtle eggs, various carpets, bee hives, bee nests, torches, TNT, oak trap doors, sunflowers, and dandelions. They are either missing a part of their texture or have a completely different texture.
