Keyboard and Mouse issues on PS4 bedrock

The game has issues when starting the game with a keyboard and mouse already are inserted or when putting in keyboard first. The mouse doesn't work at all until you unplug the keyboard and mouse then plug in the mouse first and the keyboard second then it works fine after that
