Broken textures

Broken textures on these blocks:

Red sandstone wall - turned into chain command block texture

Mossy stone brick wall - turned into a command block texture

Mossy Stone brick - turned into a command block texture

Red sandstone slab - turned into a chain command block texture

Nether brick stairs - turned into a chain command block texture

Mossy Stone brick stairs - turned into a command block texture

Red sandstone stairs - turned into a chain command block texture

Red sandstone - turned into a chain command block texture

Green wool - turned into an in-game texture I don't recognize

Cyan wool - turned into a lantern texture all over the block

Blue wool - turned into an "on" smoker texture

Purple wool - turned into a magma block texture

Infested mossy stone brick - turned into a command block texture

 

Sorry if these have been brought up, I only just found them a few minutes ago - the screenshot I tried to include wasn't applicable, I'm sorry if this causes issues

This bug might only be me.

Edit: I was using the default texture pack and resource pack, no added textures to the game at all, loading a new world, the textures seem to be fine, i might've created a corrupt world before?

it might've been a slight texture bug, everything seems normal, it just caught me off guard to see my textures messed up.
